Learn Vietnamese: Saigon ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Learning Progress: Your vocabulary scores, set completion data, and preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the photo import feature.

Photo Import: When you use the AI photo import feature, your photos are sent to our server for processing. Photos are temporarily stored during processing and automatically deleted within 1 hour. We do not retain or share your photos.

Analytics: We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics (e.g., sets completed, features used) to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is collected.

Purchases: Subscription and credit purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment information.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your name, email, or contact information
We do not track your location
We do not sell or share any data with third parties for advertising
We do not use cookies or web tracking

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
