Q: Does the app work offline?
A: Core learning content and downloaded audio can be used offline. Online features, purchases, account sync, and audio not yet downloaded require an internet connection.
Q: How do I restore my subscription?
A: Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
Q: What dialect does the app teach?
A: Southern Vietnamese (Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City dialect), which is the most widely spoken in southern Vietnam.
Q: How do I cancel a Google Play subscription?
A: Open the Play Store using the purchasing Google account, then Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can also manage subscriptions online. Uninstalling the app, deleting your account, or buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.
